Guildwars 2 Buy Gems Error Occurred Try Again Later
I cannot purchase a gem in Blackness Lion via credit card or paypal. It say that "Unfortunately, an fault occur please attempt again later". I have done some research merely not plant anything helpful.
I accept open up a ticket but they have not answered me yet. Anyone has a solution for this problem ?

Having the aforementioned trouble. Bought 8000 gems with iDeal. Money was withdrawn from my bank account, only no gems in game…
Merely bought them, considering the gem-gold commutation is super positive…
Add me to the list. I but tried twice with PayPal to buy 800 gems. I've never had information technology fail earlier. PayPal does not show the transaction(s) going through, nor has anything been taken from my bank account.
I will submit a ticket in a moment, I just wanted to check this forum start.

- Are you using PayPal?
- Are you getting a "failed transaction" type of message from PayPal?
- Exercise you then get the gems, anyhow? Perchance multiple times if you lot tried more once?

Yes. I tried to purchase gems twice using PayPal – both were failed transactions. I then purchased gems on my credit card. It seems the PayPal transactions went through anyhow. I now accept a lot of gems.

Non sure why it doesnt only end the transaction if an error occurs, then goes through 30 minutes later, finer making me spend 60€ i didnt mean to spend.

Hmm..Ok..message says try again later…well I'll try once again now just for good measures, information technology's been xx minutes (what's "later" anyway?"…that's 4) Same message.. OK, must exist Anet; better client support like they said (when all else fails follow the directions, correct?) Oh..they'll want to know what that bulletin was, so PayPal once again..(v!) to re-create down error bulletin.
It'southward afterward, right? yep, and hr subsequently..ok.. effort once again with PayPal (that's 6..I actually want those wings!) .. same message. Darn..guess no gems/wings today.
All of a sudden…..BING!!(email from gw2…) "Thank you for your gem card purchase!!" Uh oh…. BING, OH NOOO!!
BING, BING, BING, BING.. all most x min apart. Talk near purchase lag!?
"Thank you for your gem bill of fare purchases!!!" (all 5 PayPal purchases, cc didn't go through, Notwithstanding)

Please note that while Gem Sales/Lawmaking Redemptions are disabled on the Blackness Panthera leo Trading Primary Card ('O'), the interface pane for Currency Exchange is still allowing the prompt to enter information for all payment types, including Paypal & Paysafecard (via clicking on either the Gold or the Gems columns) at the moment. This may lead to additional calls/support tickets.

Update: My get-go buy attempt went through. I don't know if the second will. Fortunately it was simply ten bucks worth and I'd probable spend that over again in the next calendar month as more things show up I desire. I added that to my ticket.
Information technology's a little worrisome to have that potential 800 gems out at that place, though, since that's ten bucks I could all of a sudden have spent at any fourth dimension.
